Snooze Australia Increases Productivity with Streamlined Communication Methods Using FranConnect’s World Manager

Snooze Australia, a franchised bedding retailer with more than 80 stores, needed to streamline frontline training and communications for its corporate and 74+ franchised locations across Australia. To centralize training, notices, policies and incident reporting for over 500 employees, Snooze deployed FranConnect’s World Manager platform (branded internally as “SCOPE”).

FranConnect delivered World Manager’s Training & Development and Communications modules—using Notices, Quick Links, audience segmentation, customizable mobile dashboards and incident-reporting—to target the right content to the right users and host core resources in one place. The implementation improved consistency of management training across all locations, increased read/acknowledgement of mandatory notices, simplified incident reporting, and consolidated ordering and e‑learning for 500+ staff; Snooze is continuing to expand features with FranConnect support (e.g., calendar and gallery).
