Bulgari Hotel is a privately owned 5-star hotel in London’s Knightsbridge with 85 rooms, a spa, restaurant, private cinema and a 95% occupancy rate since opening in May 2012. From day one the owners, finance and IT teams wanted highly efficient operations and a robust food & beverage system that provided comprehensive reporting, permission-based purchasing controls and tighter stock management.
They implemented Fourth’s web-based inventory solution, recommended by Restaurant Alain Ducasse and familiar to the hotel’s chefs, with Marcin Gralak and Marco Mascellani managing the rollout.
