STORY Hospitality, a UAE-based hotel management company with properties in Dubai, Seychelles, Montenegro and Morocco, faced inconsistent purchasing practices across its portfolio: each hotel used different vendors and approval routines, leaving leadership with limited visibility or control and paper-heavy approval processes that delayed deliveries and increased back-office burden.

The rollout standardized purchasing rules and automated counting, purchasing, receiving and invoicing, delivering consistency across locations, real-time spend visibility, stronger budget control and forecasting, and a 15% reduction in daily back-office workload so resources could be redeployed to enhance guest experience.
