Flix Brewhouse is a growing chain founded in 2011 that combines first-run movies with an on‑site microbrewery and a chef‑driven, scratch‑made menu. Because service demand spikes with movie showtimes, the company faced inconsistent, unstructured training, low employee engagement, and long customer wait times as it expanded.
Flix implemented the Schoox LMS to build “Flix University,” using custom courses, quizzes, badges and tracked learning to standardize training and motivate staff. With 660 active users, 71 custom courses, 4,820 total academy hours, an average of 8.75 e‑learning hours per team member, 10,000+ course completions and a 100% completion rate, Flix reports faster service, higher sales, stronger engagement and improved retention.
