Fairfax Meadow is the UK’s largest catering butcher, supplying premium meat to hotels, restaurants and contract caterers and employing 650 people across four sites. As a result electronic orders rose from 25% to 75%, Fairfax Meadow scaled from under £50m to about £162m turnover without increasing processing headcount, improved accuracy and faster payments, and dramatically reduced manual administration.
