Fairfax Meadow is the UK’s largest catering butcher, supplying premium meat to hotels, restaurants and contract caterers and employing 650 people across four sites. Facing rapidly growing order volumes that their on‑premise systems and headcount could no longer handle, the company needed a stable, cloud‑based, hospitality‑specific platform capable of integrating with many customer and distributor ordering systems and processing in excess of 900,000 sales orders a year with a reliable audit trail.
