Nextdoor Measures A Home Furniture Retailer’s Online and In-Store Sales Using Foursquare Attribution

Nextdoor worked with Foursquare to help a national home furniture retailer drive both online and in-store sales. The retailer wanted to measure and prove ad effectiveness among nearby shoppers living within a 5–10 mile radius of store locations.

Foursquare used its proprietary data and Foursquare Attribution to predict conversion likelihood, identify likely clickers, and track foot traffic to measure campaign performance. The effort helped the retailer target more relevant neighbors and improve engagement, delivering ROAS 26% above goal, store visits 78% more efficient than Foursquare category benchmarks, and an average order value of $1,477.
