A Forsta Case Study
RBUP, Norway’s Regional Center for Child and Adolescent Mental Health, needed a better way to capture the real mental health issues facing young people and connect that insight to the services available to them. Working with Forsta, the organization wanted a secure, efficient approach that could support research, feedback collection, and service innovation without building a separate IT platform.
Forsta provided a single extensible platform combining research tools, feedback systems, survey data, alerts, and multilingual capabilities, along with strong security and confidentiality measures. This helped RBUP run several programs at once in a low-cost, agile way and spend more time improving welfare services for children and teenagers; since 2014, the organization has launched several initiatives to support youth mental health.
