GlobeScan, a global strategy and insights consultancy, faced an overloaded, error-prone reporting process for PowerPoint tracking studies that could take up to 90 hours per country report using Excel and DeltaGraph, sometimes forcing the agency to outsource work. Using Forsta Visualizations’ role-based filters, permissions and PowerPoint export, GlobeScan automated chart creation, sped up revisions and removed the need for a dedicated design team; the change cut report preparation from 90 to 55 hours (a 40% time reduction) while improving quality control, enabling easy edits and providing archive access to historical data — all delivered via Forsta’s platform.
