Lenovo Connects Briefing Program Information to Salesforce through FormAssembly + VisitOps

Lenovo’s Executive Briefing Center needed a way to track briefing program value and connect briefing requests to Salesforce data, while also giving access to non-Salesforce users such as business partners. In spring 2015, Lenovo began working with FormAssembly and VisitOps to address the gap between briefing information and the sales records stored in Salesforce.

Using FormAssembly forms inside a VisitOps web portal, Lenovo enabled non-Salesforce users to request briefings and link that information back to Salesforce. The setup supported international locations and multiple languages, and it gave Lenovo a more complete view of briefing activity and business opportunities; about 25% of briefing requests come from non-Salesforce users.
