Stripe, the global payments company with more than 7,000 employees across 20+ countries, needed a better way to manage a rapidly growing and increasingly complex benefits program. As its workforce expanded, Stripe wanted to reduce the burden on benefits, finance, and payroll teams while offering more flexible, intuitive support for diverse employee needs. It partnered with Forma to modernize its employee benefits experience, including flexible life benefits and related programs.
With Forma, Stripe moved to a menu-based, more generous lifestyle benefits policy centered on caregiving support, fitness and wellness, personal services, sustainability, and smart devices, backed by purchasing parity data for global fairness. The launch included broad employee communications and webinars, and the results were strong: more than 95% of employees used their benefits through Forma, CSAT reached 99%, and Stripe reported cutting program admin time by 80% and employee inquiries by 50%, while Forma’s support team handled more than 4,200 inquiries.
