Waverley Industries, a not-for-profit and one of Australia’s largest employers of adults with disabilities, provides catering, gardening and packaging services across Melbourne. Facing slow, manual order entry using a warehouse management system (15–20 minutes for basic orders and up to 45+ minutes for complex ones) and no online ordering, Waverley sought a catering-specific, easy-to-use solution and implemented FoodStorm’s catering software and online ordering platform.

FoodStorm delivered an online shopping-cart experience with editable menus, group-ordering, user management, and strong onboarding and support (including webinars and responsive help from staff like Gage).
