Curtis Stone Events, owned and operated by chef Curtis Stone, is a corporate and social catering business that needed a way to ensure consistency of service, simplify production, forecasting and invoicing, and better integrate ordering with food production and delivery. To address these challenges they adopted FoodStorm’s catering platform (shopping cart and events/corporate catering solution) from the business’ inception in early 2020.
FoodStorm delivered an easy-to-use customer shopping cart and backend data tools that the kitchen relies on for accurate menu production and forecasting. The platform improved consistency, made invoicing and trend analysis simpler (including tracking abandoned carts), and proved highly reliable (99% uptime) with excellent ongoing support (rated 10/10); Curtis Stone Events reports being extremely happy and able to react more quickly to sales trends.
