Royal Bank of Canada (RBC), one of the world's largest banks, sought to boost employee productivity for its 80,000-strong workforce. They partnered with Fonolo to address the challenge of employees wasting time on hold when contacting the internal call center.
Fonolo implemented its In-Call Rescue solution to eliminate hold times, allowing employees to request a call-back and focus on other tasks. Fonolo also deployed Web Rescue and Mobile Rescue, granting employees new ways to reach support via Visual IVR and Click-to-Call-Back. This dramatically improved internal productivity and efficiency.
