To address this, Vodafone worked with Flashtalking, using an algorithmic multi-touch attribution solution to better understand cross-channel customer behavior and the impact of digital media across desktop and mobile.
Flashtalking partnered with Wavemaker to feed ad-server log data into machine-learning attribution models, delivering near real-time, cross-channel insights for optimizing search, display, social, video, and affiliates. The approach helped Vodafone improve media efficiency, drive incremental sales, and refine planning; key findings included incremental sales from digital investment, better performance from targeted display versus homepage takeovers, and social creatives accounting for 85% of social conversions.
