RJR Technology is a New York–based software and web design firm that serves more than 200 home remodeling clients with its cloud CRM, LeadPerfection. The company needed a cloud-based automated dialer that could be easily integrated with LeadPerfection to handle high-volume outbound calling, rapid follow-up on Internet leads, call recording and reporting, and a solution that was affordable and scalable for clients of all sizes.

RJR integrated Five9’s outbound predictive dialer and APIs, adding screen pops, call tracking/recording and an “ASAP” interface that pushes Internet leads into the dialer in seconds. Implementation was painless, agents could scale seats up or down, and clients saw markedly faster response times (leads reached in as little as five seconds) and improved performance—average conversion gains of around 10%, with ASAP users reporting an immediate 8–12% lift.
