West Community Credit Union Progressive Credit Union Establishes Competitive Advantage With an Integrated, Value-Added Credit Score Service

West Community Credit Union sought a way to differentiate itself and keep members from using third‑party credit sites by offering an integrated, educational credit monitoring service through mobile banking. As an existing Mobiliti client, West Community selected Fiserv’s Credit Sense (powered by SavvyMoney) to give members convenient access to their credit scores, improvement tips and alerts while driving digital engagement.

Fiserv implemented Credit Sense as a free, in‑app service, producing clear results: about 22% of mobile banking users enrolled within six months, roughly 100 new enrollments per month with only one to two cancellations, and more than 700 targeted loan or credit offers delivered to users early on. The solution was simple to deploy and has helped West Community increase mobile usage, attract new members and create cross‑sell opportunities.
