Union County Savings Bank, a community bank serving New Jersey since 1883, faced a sudden infrastructure failure in June 2020 that exposed gaps in redundancy and left internal systems like file shares inaccessible. Fiserv repurposed servers, migrated systems from Windows 2007 to 2010, and implemented Sentry SM Infrastructure Services: Data Vaulting and Remote Management, recovering data and bringing servers back online within 48 hours.
