Trustmark, a diversified financial institution based in Jackson, MS, needed to move off a soon-to-be‑sunset ARP/SMS 8.0 and add new functionality to support business customers. Because Trustmark had extensive customizations and limited internal upgrade bandwidth, they engaged Fiserv and its ARP/SMS Remote Application Management (RAM) implementation service to handle the complex jump to version 10.0 with minimal disruption.

Fiserv integrated Trustmark’s customized code into ARP/SMS 10.0, scoped and tested the changes, provided onsite training and conversion support, and followed a structured 25‑point verification plan. The upgrade delivered Reverse Positive Pay and Automated Input, produced a very smooth conversion, increased revenue from the new fraud‑prevention service, reduced customer complaints, improved timeliness for business check processing, and boosted operational efficiency.
