SunWest Federal Credit Union Improving Service and Convenience Through Robust Mobile and Online Banking Features

SunWest Federal Credit Union, serving a transitory membership including seasonal “snowbirds,” needed more robust mobile and online banking to compete with larger regional institutions. The credit union turned to Fiserv and chose Corillian Online (ASP) and Mobiliti to replace its cumbersome webpage-based mobile experience and better meet members’ expectations for anytime, anywhere access.

Fiserv implemented Mobiliti and Corillian Online alongside a new website and supported adoption with its Mobile Adoption Services; within three months 43% of SunWest’s roughly 10,000 online banking users had accessed Mobiliti, most use it weekly, and digital-channel users demonstrated a greater propensity to use additional services — improving convenience, engagement and competitive positioning. SunWest reported an easy implementation and strong support from the Fiserv team.
