Staley Credit Union Online Banking Helps Build Robust Digital Channel Strategy

Staley Credit Union, a $130 million cooperative serving 13,500 members, needed an online banking solution that let it brand and differentiate itself from other local institutions and stop a vendor from marketing third‑party products to its members. The credit union turned to long‑time partner Fiserv—already the provider of its Spectrum account processing system—and selected Corillian Online for online banking, along with Mobiliti for mobile banking and Popmoney for person‑to‑person payments.

Fiserv implemented Corillian Online in an ASP environment with enhanced integration to Spectrum, plus Mobiliti and Popmoney, enabling a branded, mobile‑first digital channel strategy. The results include 44% member adoption of Corillian Online toward a 50% goal, a doubling of mobile users in two years, and about 60% of online banking users on Mobiliti, with growing mobile deposit usage—demonstrating measurable member engagement and convenience driven by Fiserv’s solutions.
