Fiserv migrated Pacific Life from an on‑premise system to a cloud-hosted Frontier Reconciliation with Account Certification, taking responsibility for upgrades, support, data hosting and single sign-on. The solution centralized workflows and audit trails, made certifications faster and easier (completed in just a few clicks), maintained up to a 90% auto-match rate, reduced upgrade downtime and improved visibility and control across teams.
