MidWestOne Bank, a regional financial institution with 43 branches, needed a mobile banking solution that combined rich features, strong security, ease of implementation and—critically—reliable integration with its core systems. Fiserv implemented Mobiliti (including a branded app, mobile deposit, tablet access and integrations with other Fiserv services), and MidWestOne rolled it out first to staff and then customers. The result: Mobiliti became a primary customer channel, daily logins jumped from about 800 to more than 3,000, the bank saw year‑over‑year double‑digit mobile adoption growth, and faster feature availability through Fiserv integration gave MidWestOne a competitive edge.
