The bank engaged Fiserv and its Performance Acceleration Services to stem leakage, optimise products and services, and maximise recurring revenue.
Fiserv used a methodical three‑phase approach (Discovery, Business Case, Implementation) to identify and close leakage, fine‑tune pricing and product configuration, and recommend new value‑added services; an initial focus on current/savings accounts and credit cards delivered early wins. The engagement boosted the bank’s annual recurring revenue by more than €18 million (≈€12.12M from retail banking and ≈€6.69M from credit cards), leading the bank to expand the Fiserv engagement into a second phase.
