Fiserv implemented a financial planning solution via an API framework that the client brought in-house, enabling a tailored front-end experience, unified goals-based and comprehensive planning, proposal generation, and advisor workflows (including custom Monte Carlo simulations). The deployment improved adoption and advisor efficiency, produced about 3 million plans, drove a rise in Net Promoter Scores, and sustained nearly a decade of digital financial planning delivery — all enabled by Fiserv.
