FlexWage Solutions, a provider of employer-sponsored financial wellness tools including OnDemand Pay and FlexPay, needed a secure, flexible way to expand on-demand wage access beyond its branded payroll card. To broaden options for workers to receive earned wages in real time and meet aggressive client timelines, FlexWage Solutions partnered with Fiserv and adopted Fiserv’s Digital Disbursements service.

Fiserv implemented Digital Disbursements—an API-based, bank-grade real-time deposit solution—delivering a full rollout in about eight weeks. Since launching in June 2019, FlexWage Solutions has seen increases in users, employer partners and transaction volumes, with employee adoption rising more than 10%, faster onboarding for employers and improved competitiveness for businesses seeking to attract and retain hourly and gig workers.
