Fiserv implemented Credit Sense, integrated directly into First Alliance’s online and mobile banking with no extra logins, and the results were rapid and measurable: launch day mobile downloads increased fivefold, more than 24% of online banking users checked their score in the first month, and the credit union saw an average monthly loan increase of 17% in the first five months—particularly for credit cards and vehicle loans. The solution was live in under two months and helped First Alliance increase cross‑selling, member financial literacy and loan conversions.
