Enterprise Bank, a $2.1B regional bank, wanted to extend the success it had with retail mobile banking to its small business customers. After rolling out Mobiliti™ for consumers, many commercial clients requested the same convenience for business accounts, so when Fiserv introduced Mobiliti Business™, Enterprise Bank was an early pilot participant to meet that demand.
Fiserv delivered Mobiliti Business with remote deposit capture and integration to the bank’s existing Fiserv systems (Business Online, Retail Online, Premier), plus a per-deposit pricing model that drove rapid adoption. The result: 800 business customers signed up in the first six months (a 390% increase versus the prior flat-fee offering), about 15% penetration toward a 20% target within six months (75% of the year-one goal), 71% of enrollees use it monthly, and the bank realized reduced teller transactions and branch staffing efficiencies — all while remaining profitable.
