DecisionLogic, a pioneer in real-time bank account verification serving more than 2,000 lenders and 35 million consumers, faced recurring data reliability, error-rate and outage problems with its previous aggregation vendors. To ensure instant, accurate account verification for lenders and borrowers, DecisionLogic selected Fiserv and implemented Fiserv’s AllData® Aggregation platform.

Fiserv’s AllData Aggregation provided the stability, responsive support and integration data DecisionLogic needed, enabling the company to move Fiserv from a backup to primary aggregator for many clients. DecisionLogic reports 2019 YTD results for AllData Aggregation of 66.24% successful requests, 20.39% account errors and 13.38% bank errors, and has onboarded nearly 100,000 new client users to the platform since early 2019 — outcomes DecisionLogic attributes to the reliability and support from Fiserv.
