Rally Credit Union, a South Texas credit union with about 187,875 members and $3.5 billion in assets, faced slow, manual testing for DNA® core updates from Fiserv that delayed new capabilities and pulled staff away from member-facing work. To accelerate releases and improve efficiency, Rally sought an automated user-acceptance testing (UAT) approach with Fiserv’s UAT services for the DNA account processing platform.
Fiserv collaborated with Rally CU to deliver automated and manual test scripts, test-execution services, training and a comprehensive dashboard for “go‑live” decisions — including 800 DNA automation scripts and 50 custom Rally scripts. The result: testing time fell from more than 360 hours to under 25 hours (freeing more than eight weeks per release), faster cross-team deployment, weekly dashboards and greater confidence in rolling out updates. Fiserv’s UAT solution also supports three DNA updates per year and ongoing release-note review and testing.
