AMOCO Federal Credit Union, a 70‑year‑old, $760 million credit union serving 77,000 members, faced an inefficient, manual contract management process: many contracts were stored in employees’ desks, renewal notices were missed (leading to unwanted automatic renewals), and the organization had disaster‑recovery and retrieval risks. To solve this, AMOCO turned to Fiserv and implemented Nautilus Workflow Client, building on its existing Nautilus/XP2 investments.
Fiserv configured Nautilus Workflow Client with lifecycle stages for due diligence, executed contracts, and expiration alerts, automating checks, routing and notice schedules. As a result, Fiserv centralized contracts into a single repository, ensured alerts go out on time, improved submission of countersigned contracts and due diligence, and significantly reduced the risk of contracts automatically renewing — with the new workflow built and tested in roughly four months and designed for ongoing, low‑effort improvements.
