FNB Community Bank, a locally owned community bank with $550 million in assets and more than 14,000 customers, needed a fully outsourced, cost‑effective credit card program that improved servicing and connected consumer payments with its debit offering. The bank selected Fiserv and its Credit Choice product to deliver that solution.
Fiserv implemented Credit Choice—handling back‑office operations, risk mitigation, call center support and card servicing—so FNB could reduce program expenses, free its balance sheet, and share in branded credit card revenue and net interest margin without funding receivables. Since launching consumer accounts in April 2022, the bank has used Fiserv’s online applications and turnkey marketing tools to expedite enrollment, report active card usage with rewards, and improve the overall customer payments experience.
