Corillian Online and Mobiltiti from Fiserv Help Credit Union Compete and Succeed

Granite State Credit Union turned to Fiserv when its existing online and bill-pay services weren’t meeting member expectations and the credit union needed a more tightly integrated, feature-rich digital banking strategy to compete for Gen Y and retain members. Seeking mobile and online functionality that tied directly to its account processing, Granite State evaluated and selected Corillian Online and Mobiliti from Fiserv (along with complementary services) to fill those gaps.

Fiserv delivered an ASP implementation of Corillian Online plus Mobiliti, CheckFree RXP and Popmoney tightly integrated with Granite State’s account processing, enabling instant enrollment and a consistent member experience. The results included registered online users rising from 16,359 at conversion to 23,290 within 18 months, nearly 4,600 bill-pay enrollments via CheckFree RXP, about 1,300 mobile sign-ons in 18 months, reduced call-center activity through better pending-transaction visibility, and a 4% increase in members who consider Granite State their primary financial institution — demonstrating improved adoption and member satisfaction thanks to Fiserv.
