Century Bank and Trust Customer-Focused Bank Makes Good on Its Promise to Deliver Mobile Banking for Its Business Customers

Century Bank and Trust, a community bank headquartered in Coldwater, MI, needed a mobile banking solution to meet growing demands from its business customers for features like multiuser access, transaction approvals and mobile deposit. To deliver a fast, secure and easy-to-enroll experience without sacrificing the bank’s personal service, Century turned to Fiserv and its Mobiliti Business solution integrated with the bank’s existing Business Online platform.

Fiserv delivered Mobiliti Business with Mobile Source Capture, completing implementation in about 120 days and launching in May 2016. Within three to four months more than 10% of online business customers were using the app, the bank was well on track to meet year-end goals, and Century reported stronger customer retention, easier client acquisition and fewer integration headaches by using Fiserv as a single-source provider.
