Central Valley Community Bank - Customer Case Study

Central Valley Community Bank, a regional bank with a 35-year track record and $1.2 billion in assets, faced growing digital expectations from customers—especially younger, mobile-first users—and needed to expand its online and mobile channels. To meet this challenge the bank partnered with Fiserv, implementing Corillian Online for online banking and later adding the Mobiliti mobile platform.

Fiserv’s Corillian Online (launched July 2011) and Mobiliti (added 18 months later) were integrated with the bank’s core systems to deliver a simple, self-service experience; adoption has been strong, with mobile users now representing about 35% of all online banking customers. The Fiserv solutions improved customer satisfaction, drove steady mobile growth, and enabled Central Valley Community Bank to modernize its digital channels with minimal complaints.
