Central Bank, a large community bank in Kentucky with more than $2.5 billion in assets and 26 offices, engaged Fiserv because staff were spending too much time compiling market data and not enough time making data-driven decisions. The bank sought faster strategic planning, market expansion/site reviews and household segment analysis, and implemented Fiserv’s BankAnalyst solution to streamline those efforts.
Fiserv delivered the BankAnalyst suite (including BankAnalyst Market) and a dedicated bank strategist to support strategic branch planning, segmentation and prospect targeting. As a result, Central Bank achieved much faster initial data analysis and decision-making, better branch expansion analysis, strong deposit and loan growth, a more valuable brand versus competitors, and more than a 5% reduction in its efficiency ratio.
