BankLiberty, a 60-year-old community bank serving the Northland Kansas City area, wanted to attract younger, digitally savvy customers and get ahead of the mobile banking explosion. To meet that challenge the bank implemented Mobiliti from Fiserv in December 2012 as its mobile banking platform.

Fiserv’s Mobiliti proved easy to use and highly functional, driving rapid adoption: in less than three years 58% of BankLiberty’s online banking customers became Mobiliti users and more than 24% of its entire checking account base used the app within a year. Fiserv also enabled the successful rollout of mobile deposit, expanding the bank’s digital delivery channels and strengthening its competitiveness.
