The City of Fairfax Fire Department, like many departments across Northern Virginia, faced a significant challenge in sharing pre-incident plans and critical data across multiple jurisdictions. This solution provided responders with immediate access to actionable information, including building details and live camera feeds, enabling safer and more informed tactical decisions en route to calls.
