A FINEOS Case Study
TAC (The Transport Accident Commission) of Victoria, Australia is a government-owned, no-fault scheme responsible for paying treatment and benefits to people injured in transport accidents and for promoting road safety. Facing a fragmented IT environment made up of nineteen separate systems, TAC engaged FINEOS to modernize and consolidate its claims and benefits processing.
FINEOS implemented its solution at TAC, going into production in 2008 with 600 users and replacing the organisation’s nineteen legacy systems with a single platform. The FINEOS deployment consolidated operations and simplified administration, with measurable outcomes including the one-platform replacement and a 600-user production rollout.
