FINEOS implemented its claims and care management solutions to streamline delivery of treatment and long‑term support, enabling icare to better manage complex claims and improve quality of life for injured people. As a result, FINEOS has supported icare’s ability to handle claims across hundreds of thousands of employers and millions of employees and to sustain protection for $193 billion in NSW government assets while improving long‑term care outcomes.
