Friends First, a long-term insurer, needed to replace an end-of-life claims system and improve service, efficiency and risk management for its Income Protection business. To do this it partnered with FINEOS and chose the FINEOS Claims solution to handle all claims and payments and to manage increasing volumes and complex, long-tail claims.

FINEOS implemented FINEOS Claims (Claims and Payments modules) in seven months, on time and within a €500,000 budget, automating the complete claims lifecycle and replacing the legacy platform. The FINEOS deployment delivered improved customer service, reduced risk, greater straight-through processing and enhanced operational efficiency, enabling Friends First to better control claims costs and scale for future demand.
