A Figma Case Study
Twitter needed a better way to run cross-functional bug bashes. Instead of relying on a cluttered Google doc with written descriptions and separate screenshot links, the team struggled to keep bug information organized and easy to review. Twitter turned to Figma and its FigJam online whiteboard to streamline the process.
Using Figma, Twitter built a customizable bug bash template in FigJam with reusable bug card components, auto-layout, and a centralized area to collect all bugs. The new workflow made it easier for teams to document issues in one place, synthesize the details quickly, and hand off bugs to JIRA more efficiently. While no specific metrics were provided, the result was a faster, more organized bug bash process.
