By implementing the FICO Debt Manager web-based solution, the bank gained a 360° customer view, automated workflows and analytics-driven risk segmentation to prioritize and tailor treatments. Early results show more precise collections risk management, greater operational efficiency, anticipated lower operating costs and loss reserves, improved customer experience, and a rollout already underway in nine countries.
