Inconsistent offer decisions and an in‑house scoring model limited their ability to deliver fast, uniform responses to customers.

FICO delivered a decisioning engine for home‑equity underwriting and collections treatment with a web‑service interface that integrates with the bank’s existing classification systems and can potentially replace the in‑house scoring model. The solution supports pre‑qualification “shopping” with partial application data and full product underwriting with complete applications, enabling more consistent offers and improved customer experience.
