The bank implemented FICO Blaze Advisor as an enterprise decision engine, enabling a web‑based, one‑stop application experience and a single sales screen with eligible offers and customer data. The new rules‑driven system delivered faster policy changes (900 rules updated immediately), fewer bureau follow‑ups (average flags down to 0.5), more profitable and timely offers, improved customer experience, and more efficient processing workflows.
