The solution was to optimize FICO’s decisioning products for AWS, achieve AWS Financial Competency and complete Well‑Architected reviews, and deploy these capabilities for customers such as National Australia Bank, HSBC and others. As a result, clients gained greater agility, lower costs, faster product rollouts, advanced AI/ML and analytics capabilities, and improved customer retention while running compliant, high‑performance decisioning workloads in the cloud.
