Notre Dame College of Engineering's First-Year Engineering Program needed a peer feedback solution to replace an inefficient document-driven approach. Key outcomes included faculty identifying team conflicts earlier and students gaining valuable self vs. peer performance insights. Feedback Loop delivered an accurate view of student contribution and effort distribution, which also provided useful data for faculty writing letters of recommendation.
