A Facebook Case Study
ZipMatch is an online real estate marketplace in the Philippines (with a ZipMatch Pro platform for agents and landlords) that wanted to grow market share by reaching first-time homebuyers. Its goals were to build a quality marketing database, triple monthly enquiries and cut cost per lead by about half.
Using Facebook Ads, ZipMatch ran carousel ads and 360° video tours to spark interest, retargeted site visitors with similar listings, and served mobile-optimized lead ads to viewers; it also leveraged Custom and Lookalike Audiences and demographic targeting. The campaign delivered strong gains: a 3.7X increase in monthly buyer enquiries, a 3.8X higher conversion rate with lead ads, and up to an 80% reduction in cost per acquisition (52% with carousel ads), surpassing its goals.
