Mobile World Vietnam, a leading nationwide mobile and electronics retailer, needed to build awareness and drive sales for a new co‑branded 4G SIM with Viettel. Facing a market of mobile-first consumers and many users still on 3G plans, the company aimed to reach and convert 23–40‑year‑old shoppers with a large‑scale Facebook campaign.

They recut a TV commercial into mobile‑optimized 15‑second videos, used carousel ads and cinemagraphs, and ran a two‑phase funnel: broad targeting of 3G users, then retargeting video viewers toward conversion. The campaign delivered strong results — 2X increase in sales, an 18‑point lift in ad recall, plus 8‑point brand awareness and 9‑point purchase‑intent lifts.
