Volkswagen Dubai (Al Nabooda Automobiles), the authorised Volkswagen dealer in Dubai and the Northern Emirates, needed to drive showroom visits, raise brand awareness and boost sales during a 72‑hour promotional “72 Hour Sale.” Traditionally reliant on offline media and initially skeptical about a digital‑only approach, the team partnered with social agency Netizency to reach and convert local car buyers quickly.
Netizency ran an integrated Facebook and Instagram campaign—using video and link ads, boosted posts and Reach & Frequency buying—to maximize reach and control delivery. With the full campaign budget on social, the 3‑day push generated 54% of monthly sales, a 16.3x month‑over‑month increase in showroom visits, reached 1.82 million people and earned 97,000 video views.
