VISIT FLORIDA, the state's official tourism marketing corporation, needed to re-engage Canadian travelers after a drop in visitation. As a public/private not-for-profit focused on promoting travel to Florida, the organization sought a cost-effective way to remind Canadians why Florida is a top vacation destination.

They launched a mobile-first campaign of 15-second Facebook in-stream video ads featuring upbeat creative, exclusive travel deals and a “Book Now” call to action, broadly targeting Canadians aged 25–64. A Nielsen Brand Effect study showed the campaign reached 1.77 million people and drove a 6-point lift in action intent (2× the North America benchmark) and a 22-point lift in ad recall.
